Our Broomfield office is Now Open! We are accepting new clients in both our Denver and Broomfield offices and we are typically able to see new clients within one week.

You may use our convenient online scheduling system to schedule appointments for initial appointments to begin the testing process (Consultation or Intake Interview) and Gifted Screenings (which include IQ testing for school admissions). Please call our office if you have any trouble scheduling any service online.

    • Parent Consultation - Assessment
A Parent Consultation session will help us to understand your concerns and needs in order to determine what, if any, assessment services would make the most sense to answer the questions you have about your child. Parent Consultations are also scheduled when you are looking for input on a specific situation and/or are interested in getting a second opinion on testing that has been completed elsewhere. You will complete detailed questionnaires and we will review any previous academic, assessment, or psychological records and meet with you to discuss your concerns. From there we can develop a better plan for how to proceed. This is typically a 75-90 minute appointment.
    • Child Assessment Intake - Parent Interview
Interview session with parent(s) to begin a comprehensive assessment (IQ/Achievement, ADHD, Learning Disability evaluations, Full Psychoeducational evaluation). If you know that you are ready to begin the assessment process, this is the appointment to choose. Intake Interviews typically last around 90 minutes. We'll send several questionnaires for you to complete in preparation for the appointment, which will also help guide our discussion.
    • Initial Interview - Adult Testing
The first step in seeking an assessment for adult ADHD or a comprehensive assessment. Schedule this 75-90 minute interview to get started.
    • Dyslexia Screening
A Dyslexia Screening is a brief, one-time appointment with your child (ages 5 and older) to screen for their risk of having dyslexia. The appointment only takes around 30-45 minutes, and includes an individual (1:1) testing session with one of our assessment specialists. We will administer several measures that examine skills that are most commonly impacted by reading disorders such as dyslexia. You will receive an explanation of your child's risk for possible dyslexia and we'll follow up with a brief written report summarizing the results of the screening. If you have any questions - please call our office for more information before scheduling
